Guests at the 13th annual Gala, held at the beautiful Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort, danced the night away to the rocking beat of Wayne Foster Entertainment while raising funds for Golden West College students. Gala Chair, Dr. Emilee Young, stated, “I wish to thank the Gala Committee, the Foundation Board of Directors, and the student volunteers for their work at Gala 2010. This year’s event grossed over $156,000. We also wish to give a special thanks to the event’s title sponsor, Elmore Toyota, for their continuing support and generous donation of the Prius.”
Proceeds from the event will go to support student scholarships and campus projects that directly benefit students.
