On Friday, September 24, 2010 Golden West College teamed up with Huntington Beach Rotary to offer an evening of hands-on science for 5th and 6th graders in our local area. The Student Center, the quad, and rooms in the Math/Science building and Humanities building were homes to a dazzling array of science activities in the physical and life sciences for nearly 1500 attendees. Hot Dog dinners were served and entertainment was provided by the GWC Rock Band.
