The GWC Career Center hosted an on-campus Career Fair in the Central Quad on Wednesday, April 13th, 2016 for students. Over 45 employers were in attendance ranging from local law enforcement and government agencies, financial companies, home and childcare organizations, restaurants, and many more. Students were encouraged to bring resumes and practice interviewing techniques with the potential employers during the event. Free lunch was provided to the 300 students in attendance. Nikki Phan, Staff Assistant with the Counseling Center, who helped coordinate the event says, “It was an amazing day of career exploration for GWC students as we welcomed employers from a variety of industries. I am looking forward to the next event, it will be bigger and better!”
